1. Who Can Use PlayMast
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of consent in your country) to create an account. If you are using PlayMast on behalf of a channel, brand, or business, you confirm you have permission to do so.
Please keep your login credentials and Telegram API tokens secure. You are responsible for any uploads, links, and payout requests made from your account.
2. Your Files & Content Ownership
You own your content. We do not claim ownership or copyright over any files, videos, documents, or media you upload.
When you upload a file, you grant us the technical license to store, transcode, cache, and stream your content so your viewers can watch and download it via your shared links.
3. What You Cannot Upload (Prohibited Content)
To keep PlayMast safe for everyone, you must not upload or share:
- Child exploitation or non-consensual imagery (reported to law enforcement immediately).
- Copyrighted material you do not have permission or rights to distribute.
- Viruses, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or malicious APKs/scripts.
- Phishing pages, fraud kits, scams, or deceptive redirect links.
- Hate speech or content inciting real-world violence.
For more specifics, check our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Creator Earnings & Payouts
We pay creators based on real viewer engagement on their shared links:
- Real Views Only: We count genuine human viewers. Automated bots, refresh scripts, traffic exchanges, click farms, and self-view loops are not counted.
- Ad Blockers, Private DNS & VPNs: Views require sponsor ads to load and complete 100%. Viewers using AdBlockers, private ad-blocking DNS (such as NextDNS or AdGuard), browser shields (e.g., Brave Shields), or VPNs/proxies, or who skip the ad, cannot be validated and register as 0 views.
- Fair Tracking: If an account uses artificial traffic generators, we will void the invalid views and may freeze or close the account.
- Withdrawals: You can request a payout anytime your balance reaches $10. We support UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), direct bank transfers, and crypto.
- Adjustments: If invalid traffic or copyright violations are detected, we reserve the right to withhold or adjust unpaid balances.
5. Intermediary Cloud Service Provider & DMCA (Action Within 24 Hours)
PlayMast operates solely as an intermediary online cloud service provider. We do not preview, review, select, or curate files uploaded to our infrastructure. All content is hosted strictly at the request of registered users.
We respect intellectual property rights and prohibit illegal material. If any copyright holder, legal authority, or user spots illegal or copyright-infringing content, report it via our DMCA Page or email dmca@playmast.com / abuse@playmast.com with the exact link(s). Our compliance team reviews reports and takes immediate action to remove or disable access to the content within 24 hours. Repeat copyright infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.
6. Free Storage & Inactive Files
PlayMast is free to use. To keep our storage servers running fast for active creators, files that get zero views for over 90 days may be cleaned up or archived.
7. Account Closure
You can delete your account and all your uploaded files at any time under Settings → Danger Zone. We also reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or spam the service.
8. Service Reliability & Limits
We work hard to provide fast, reliable cloud storage and high video uptime, but we provide the service "as is." We are not liable for accidental data loss, network outages beyond our control, or changes in third-party services.
9. Questions & Support
If you have any questions about these terms, reach out anytime at support@playmast.com or visit our Contact Page.
