1. Information We Collect
We only collect information needed to run the service and pay creators:
- Account Information: When you register or sign in, we collect your email address, username, and password hash.
- Uploads & Files: We store the media files and file metadata you upload so you can share and stream them.
- Basic Analytics & Security: When someone visits a shared link, we record basic request details (like browser type, IP hash, and interaction time) to count genuine views and block malicious bots.
- Payout Details: When you request a withdrawal, you provide your payout address (UPI ID, bank account, or wallet address) so we can send your funds.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information strictly to:
- Host, stream, and deliver your uploaded files fast.
- Track real view analytics and pay out your creator earnings.
- Protect our creators and viewers from spam, malware, and bot abuse.
- Provide fast email support when you reach out.
3. Cookies & Advertising
We use essential cookies to keep you logged into your dashboard. To support free storage and creator CPM payouts, we also work with advertising partners (including Google) that may use cookies to display relevant ads to viewers.
Viewers can customize or opt out of personalized ad cookies anytime by visiting Google Ad Settings or aboutads.info.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Data
PlayMast does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your account information is never sold to data brokers.
5. Your Rights & Data Control
No matter where you live, you have complete control over your data:
- Access & Export: You can view all your uploaded files and earnings history directly in your dashboard.
- Delete Anytime: You can delete any file at any time. You can also permanently delete your entire account and all stored files from Settings → Danger Zone.
